A TENS machine is a small machine which is attached to your skin during labour via small electrodes and used as a pain relief during labour.
The machine delivers small, safe, low voltage electrical pulses to your muscles and tissue whilst you are experiencing a surge via well placed flat pads. This gives you a gentle tingling or buzzing sensation depending on strength setting. Many woman find these pulses very helpful in labour as a form of drug-free relief which does not interfere with baby, allows you to stay mobile, can be used at home, non-invasive and can be controlled by the labouring woman. It is said that the TENS helps release endorphins and may even be useful as a distraction tactic during surges.

WHEN YOUR ELLETENS ARRIVES -
Be sure to become familiar with how your TENS works and the accessories provided. Feel free to practice using the device after 36 weeks to make sure you are ready to use it when labour begins. An instruction manual is provided
RETURNS -
If you have chosen the drop off/pick up option you will need to get in touch via message or email.
If you have chosen delivery, a pre-addressed satchel will be included with your device. You will need to place the TENS and all accessories into the parcel and drop off to an Australia Post facility
If the pre-addressed satchel is misplaced, you will need to purchase a new one and pay for postage
